What is Zoojly?
Zoojly is a Muslim matchmaking platform that matches you based on what actually matters: your values, how you communicate, and how ready you are for marriage. No swiping.
How does Zoojly work?
You create a profile (about 3 minutes), then answer questions about your values, lifestyle, and what you're looking for. We use your answers to find people who are a good fit. You'll get matches one at a time so you can give each person real attention. Free members can send 1 introduction request per month, and Plus members can send up to 3.
How often do I get new recommendations?
You receive one active introduction at a time so you can focus. If you're still talking, you can keep it open. When you're done, close it to receive new matches when they're available.
How does introduction timing work?
You see one introduction at a time. Quiet introductions may get a friendly reminder, but they are not forced closed while you're still deciding or talking.
What are verification tiers?
We offer optional Advanced Verification ($100 one-time) which includes an interview with a marriage advisor. Verified members get a badge so others know they're serious.
What does Zoojly look at when matching?
We look at things like how you communicate, what your faith and family expectations are, how you handle money, your lifestyle, when you want to get married, and how you make decisions.
How is privacy protected?
Your detailed answers stay private. Only what's needed for matching is used, and you control what other people can see.
How do introductions work?
Free members can send 1 introduction request per month and Plus members can send up to 3. Everyone can receive requests, and your best matches are shown first.
What is match confidence?
Match confidence shows how complete your profile is. The more you fill out, the better your matches will be. Everything is processed within Zoojly. Your answers are never sent to outside AI services or used to train AI models.
How many introduction requests can I send?
Free members can send 1 introduction request per month. Plus members ($29/mo or $249/yr) can send 3 per month and see all their recommendations.
Who can see my photo?
You choose your photo visibility during onboarding: visible, blurred until introduction, or hidden. Members with Plus membership can view visible photos. Free members see blurred previews unless they have a pending request or active introduction with you.

How do I upgrade to Advanced Verification?
After creating your account, go to Settings to purchase Advanced Verification ($100 one-time). You'll schedule an interview with a matchmaking advisor and receive your verified badge upon completion.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel Plus membership anytime from your account settings. Free membership has no billing. Advanced Verification is a one-time purchase and non-refundable after the interview is completed.
