Guided Matching is an optional paid service for members who want Zoojly personally involved as a matchmaker and coach. It includes a Guided member badge and guided onboarding with a review of your compatibility report, profile, and preferences. It can also include curated match discussions when suitable matches are available, direct connection help, and introduction feedback when you are actively connected.
Do I need Guided Matching to receive matches?
No. Free members can receive recommended matches, review match insights, send introduction requests, and message after mutual interest. Guided Matching adds personal support from a Zoojly specialist, not access to a separate matching app.
Can Free and Guided members match with each other?
Yes. Free and Guided members remain part of the same matching pool and can be recommended to each other. Recommendations are based on compatibility and eligibility, not whether someone pays for Guided Matching.
Does Guided Matching guarantee a match?
No. Curated match discussions and direct introductions depend on suitable available members. Zoojly does not guarantee matches, introductions, responses, relationships, or outcomes.

We look at practical fit and relationship fit, including marriage timeline, deen, communication rhythm, conflict style, family expectations, children, money, lifestyle, and decision-making.
How are dealbreakers handled?
Dealbreakers help avoid matches that clearly conflict with something important to you, such as children, faith practice, lifestyle, or family expectations. Some preferences may block a match, while others may appear as points to discuss.
How do focused introductions work?
When you see a recommended match, you can send an introduction request. If they accept, the introduction opens in one place and both members are temporarily removed from the matching pool so they can engage with focus. If the introduction closes and you are eligible, you return to the pool.
Is Zoojly therapy?
No. Zoojly is a matchmaking platform, not therapy or counseling. It uses marriage and family therapy principles to ask better questions about communication, conflict, family, faith, stress, and daily life, but it does not diagnose or provide clinical care.
What is match confidence?
Match confidence reflects how much useful signal Zoojly has from your profile. The more complete and honest your answers are, the better Zoojly can understand potential fit.
How many introduction requests can I send?
You can send requests when your profile is eligible and matching is available. Zoojly does not guarantee a specific number of matches or introductions.
How is my privacy protected?
Your detailed assessment answers stay private and are used for matching. You control what other members can see on your profile.
Who can see my photo?
You choose your photo visibility during onboarding: visible to recommendations, blurred until introduction, or hidden. Photo access continues to follow your privacy settings and relationship context.
What if I need to cancel Guided Matching?
You can cancel Guided Matching anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your free Zoojly access continues. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
