What is Zoojly?
Zoojly is a Muslim matchmaking platform that matches you based on what actually matters: your values, how you communicate, and how ready you are for marriage. No swiping.
How does Zoojly work?
You create a profile, answer questions about your values, lifestyle, and what you're looking for, then Zoojly recommends thoughtful matches one at a time so you can give each person real attention.
How often do I get new recommendations?
Membership includes one active recommended match at a time. When you are eligible and not already in an active introduction, a new match can open about every 10 days. In typical use, that can mean around 3 thoughtful recommendations per month, depending on match availability, your preferences, your activity, and account status.
How does introduction timing work?
You see one introduction at a time. Quiet introductions may get a friendly reminder, but they are not forced closed while you're still deciding or talking.
What are verification tiers?
We offer optional Advanced Verification ($100 one-time) which includes an interview with a marriage advisor. Verified members get a badge so others know they're serious.
What does Zoojly look at when matching?
We look at things like how you communicate, what your faith and family expectations are, how you handle money, your lifestyle, when you want to get married, and how you make decisions.
How is privacy protected?
Your detailed answers stay private. Only what's needed for matching is used, and you control what other people can see.
How do introductions work?
When Zoojly recommends someone, you can send an introduction request. If the request is accepted, both members can continue the introduction in one place.
What is match confidence?
Match confidence shows how complete your profile is. The more you fill out, the better your matches will be. Everything is processed within Zoojly. Your answers are never sent to outside AI services or used to train AI models.
How many introduction requests can I send?
You can send introduction requests to recommended matches when your membership is active and your profile is eligible. Zoojly does not guarantee a specific number of matches, introductions, or relationship outcomes.
Who can see my photo?
You choose your photo visibility during onboarding: visible to recommendations, blurred until introduction, or hidden. Photo access still follows member privacy settings and relationship context.

How do I upgrade to Advanced Verification?
After creating your account, go to Settings to purchase Advanced Verification ($100 one-time). You'll schedule an interview with a matchmaking advisor and receive your verified badge upon completion.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel Zoojly Membership anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
