Acceptable Use Policy

1. Eligibility and Scope

Zoojly is only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 may not create an account, access matchmaking features, or use the service. This policy applies to profiles, photos, messages, introductions, support requests, and all other activity on or connected to Zoojly.

2. Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Zoojly has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the abuse or coercion of any person. You may not use the service to recruit, solicit, advertise, arrange, facilitate, promote, aid, abet, encourage, or participate in any such activity.

3. Sexual Violence and Non-Consensual Content

You may not use Zoojly to:

• Threaten, promote, depict, arrange, or facilitate sexual violence, assault, or coercion.
• Request, create, post, or share sexual or intimate content without the clear consent of every person depicted.
• Share intimate images, recordings, private messages, or personal information without permission.
• Pressure another person into sexual, romantic, financial, or offline activity.

4. Minors and Child Safety

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, and sexualized content involving minors are strictly prohibited. You may not request, solicit, create, upload, share, store, or distribute such material or use Zoojly to contact or exploit a minor.

5. Respect, Authenticity, and Lawful Use

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, discriminate against, or abuse another person.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or intentions, or use deceptive profile information.
• Use the service for prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services, or casual sexual solicitation.
• Promote unlawful activity, evade safety controls, access another person's data, or interfere with the service.
• Send spam, run scams, request money or financial credentials, or use automated tools without permission.

6. Enforcement and Reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law. To report a concern, email support@zoojly.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
